bought an iPhone 5s screen cracked. button is broke. how do I do factory reset?

Bought an iPhone 5s basically destroyed. Screen is shattered button doesn't work. I want to do a factory reset on itunes. It tells me to respond to the message on the phone so I can access the phone but the screen is shattered so I cannot do so.
