Outlook (Hotmail) synchronize problems on Mail

Hi!

I have synchronize problems on my iPhone 6 sinze 3 days. Folders don't appear and push doesn't work properly. I've tried to delete the account on Mail and restoring, but still the problem. Could you help me? Using iOS 8.3
