Popups issue

Hello, I was browsing the net (mangareader.net) while a popup opened. It usually redirects me on some crappy app on the App Store, but this time it didn't. On the contrary after a while I received a message of a subscription enrolled and it got 5€ from my credit.

I have already called my service provider (Tim Italia) but they haven't done anything, so I'm asking you if there is a way to prevent Javascript ads to hijack my phone.
