ipad air messaging and facetime
hi i bought an ipad air it will not facetime or message. I have reset all settings. changed my password 3 times. can anyone help. i have reset my wif fi connections, eg turned wifi off and back on.

It would really be helpful if you could explain in detail what happens when you try to activate FaceTime or the Messages app. Just saying something doesn't work isn't all that helpful to those trying to help you. So in the absence of any further information, you might be able to get help here.
