my 6 plus is locked and I can't swipe any thing the icons are huge

Try this: hold three fingers together and double tap the screen with all three fingers at once. It should bring you back to the normal size icons you're used to seeing.

It sounds like you've zoomed into your screen by double-tapping it with three fingers. Repeat the action to zoom out. You could also try to 'drag three fingers' to move around the screen. Once things are back to the normal view, go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom, and switch it off.
