My iPhone 5s (iOS 8.3) crashes after using the camera in an app (facetime, snapchat)

After updating my iPhone 5s to iOS 8.3, when I use my camera in an app (like Facetime, Snapchat or Whatsapp) my phone crashes. A blue screen appears and then the system automatically restarts. Anyone else with the same problem?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3, Recently updated

My iPhone 5s iOS 8.4 is having the same issue with snapchat. I deleted the app & it seems to be working fine but I'm scared to reinstall the app for the fear of it crashing again. Does someone have a solution??
