Hi. Try to reset Safari settings:

1.Open Safari

2. Click on Safari menu at the top(to the right from the Apple logo)

3. Select preferences/privacy tab

4. Click on Remove all website data

5. Close Safari.

Delete Safari cache files:

1. Click on finder

2. Look for GO menu at the top

3. click on GO and hold down the option key. This will show user library folder.

4. Click on Library and look for Caches folder

5. In caches folder open com.apple.Safari folder

6. Move to trash Cache.db file.

This should solve the issue. If it will not help try to turn off Safari extentions

1.Open Safari

2. Click on Safari menu at the top(to the right from the Apple logo)

3. Select preferences

4. Find extentions tab

5. Turn off all the extentions

6. Relauch Safari

Try to change your DNS settings. By changing the DNS address set by your ISP to Open DNS can effectively increase the page loading speed in any browser.

If you are using Yosemite then follow these instructions.........https://support.opendns.com/entries/58244194-OSX-Yosemite

If you are using Mavericks then these........https://support.opendns.com/entries/38038694-Apple-OSX-Mavericks-10-9-

Any other OS X version then follow this link........https://support.opendns.com/forums/21618384

Hope this helps.........

Perhaps you could more completely describe the 'MacBook', to include its specifications,

display size, processor capability, total RAM installed, and hard drive storage capacity...

Plus, if you recently upgraded to Yosemite from an older OS X, what was it?

Also note: The "MacBook" ASC discussions area is intended for

the newest 12-inch MacBook aluminum that is not an Air or Pro

model. The original MacBook series ran from 2006 to 2010.

If you have posted in this new MacBook 12-inch latest compact portable model computer

support community discussions area, by mistake, a Host may move the post for you.

Good luck! 🙂
