My Iphone 5C Podcast has stopped loading podcast.

My Iphone 5C Podcast feature has stopped loading podcast.podcast. shows 1 item downloading. Shows I stilll have 4.9 GB available. Tried different podcast version is up to date. Does anyone have any suggestions?

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.3
