Hi I have OSX 10.10.3 and Safari 8.4 I want to download the latest version of Safari without reinstalling Yosemite.
Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9)
I have 10.10.3 and all update and have Safari 8.0.5

Just what is your problem?
Safari is part of OSx. If you have 10.10.3 then you have the most up to date version of Safari which would be 8.0.5
There is no way to update it independently.
Not sure how you get that you have Safari 8.4

And you still have a typo issue, it's, 8.0.5 not 8.05
