Large Inconsistency in hard drive

Hello Apple Forum!

I have had my rMBP for just over a year now. (Its a 15", 10.1)

I have had some troubles with the graphics with it but after i went back to Mavericks, it helped a lot.

Lately i have been wondering why there is so large inconsistency on the hard drive (See figure). All the info's

claim a different amount of GB. Especially from Macintosh HD on desktop which says 129,03 available.

Please help me understand this problem. I do not see other with the exact same problem.
