When i upload photos on an app not all photos shows up

when I try to upload a photo for example, tweet a photo only ten photos shows up in the "all photos" album when in fact i have 400+ photos. It was perfectly fine before i dont know what happened that it became this. Please fix this. This also happens to other apps like tumblr, etc. except facebook. Please help.
