iTunes Match will not update tags

I've been using iTunes Match ever since it was first released and to this day will not let me update tag info. It continually forces me to use previous tag info. I have been troubleshooting this for at least 2 years now with no luck. Apple seems to pay no attention to this service at all. I have done everything you can imagine including every step Apple would suggest, over and over again and it never will f!@#$%^& work. Apple is starting to become as big of a loser as Microsoft, developing services that don't f!@#$%^& work.
