I got hijacked pop ups with number 647 360 4442 using safari, I got scared and called..did not make any purchases but technician? did accessed to my computer about 5mins checking my bugs. Is my computer safe from them?

The guy tried telling me they were in Connecticut when I spoke with a woman previously who said they were located in Alberta, CA. Clearly the thick accents among all the employees is not a coincidence; why isn't Apple doing more to oppose this operation?

You might consider installing ScamZapper, a Safari extension that will prevent pop-ups like this from loading.
(Note that I am affiliated with that site, and some pages contain ads).
As long as they didn't access your computer, you should be okay.
