Q: Pages for IOS 10.7.5

What version of Pages with run on IOS 10.7.5? I get a message to upgrade, but I can't load the new version.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.2

There is no such thing as "iOS 10.7.5". The most recent version of Pages require iOS 8 or newer. This article explains how to get earlier versions of apps, when they are available: Install the latest compatible version of an app on an earlier version of iOS or OS X - Apple Support
