Will Apple fix my lock button if my screen is also cracked?

My iPhone 6 Plus is still under warranty and I have only had it for a couple of months. The lock button became very sticky the other day but still works. I have a small crack in the corner of my screen that happened from dropping it. Will apple still fix my lock button if I have a crack in my screen?
