uploading photos from PC to ipad
I want to upload photos from my PC to my iPad, but can't copy the photos from my PC into iTunes.

When you use iTunes sync you don't copy the photos into iTunes; you select the photos but you don't copy them into iTunes. The following has instructions: Sync photos to your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch in iTunes - Apple Support
Other methods are to use a 3rd party app such as http://www.photosync-app.com/ or use Photo Stream My Photo Stream FAQ - Apple Support
