Q: how do you add Outlook under synch calendar tab (using iTunes)

My MacBook Pro outlook calendar no longer syncs with iPhone 6 and iPad Air using iTunes.  Had issues with Icloud/Gmail and do not want to use iCloud as my MacBook Pro developed many major issues.
