registration code for quicktime pro is not accepted...what must I do?

I want to upgrade quicktime7 to the pro version. i bought the update, but the system doesn't accept my registration code. May be because I bought a new computer?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), iOS 8.3

The name and number must exactly match that found in the email confirmation.

Use copy/paste to avoid errors.
