How do I edit video in .mov format?
I would like to trim, append and add text to video. Editing the sound be be useful as well. Thanks for you help.

Most people would use a video editing app like iMovie to accomplish the various actions you mentioned. This assumes your MOV files contain QT edit compatible data.
