My contacts dissapeard from my Iphone. I do have a backup, but not sure how to acces it. Can someone help me? Thank youd

Go to Settings > iCloud > and verify that you're signed in. If you are signed in, then turn the switch for contacts off (or on if it's currently off)
It should start to sync after a few minutes of being signed in and contacts syncing turned on.
all of my contacts just disappeared , I dont' know how to get them back I do have a backup but I don't know how to find it
