Unable to post to FB since new IOS 8.3 upgrade

I posted earlier this morning hoping to get some help. Since upgrading to IOS 8.3 on my iPhone I am now not able to post/share photos and news feeds to FB. For photos I get the message that I have to log into FB first something I NEVER had to do before the upgrade. For posting to my FB anything from my news feeds I only have the option to post to MAIL which I do not want to do. The only other options I have to select from is an icon that says MORE; this brings up a screen that says ACTIVITIES. Again, when trying to post to FB I get the same message that I have to be logged into FB.

It seems that every time there is an IOS upgrade something always gets messed up. I look forward to hearing from someone as to what will be done to correct this problem.
