water damage

My iPhone 5s dropped in water for some seconds.

I took it out and dried completely. It started normally after that.

However I notice now that battery is getting uncharged faster than usual and the function of turning the device to enlarge pictures or videos is not working anymore. Is there something I can do to fix this? Beside this, phone is working completely. Perhaps is a little warmer than usual, but no overheating display yet.
