Some email messages going into junk by mistake,....what can I do to make them go into inbox?

Login to your email service providers account online and see if you can change settings. iOS mail itself does not filter anything, so whatever is happening is on the server side by your email provider.

That would have to be your iCloud account as that is the only current service from Apple (your @me.com gets redirected there if you migrated to iCloud with it).

Ive just tried .logging in - but it only gives details of changing my address and password etc.
It doesn't seem to allow me to change anything to do with emails.
