How to verify my account information in mail settings??

I have been getting a message "Cannot Get Mail" when using my iphone in airport. message says "The mail server "mail.comcast.net" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct acct. info in Mail settings. What can I do?? How do I verify my information?
