Mid 2012 Macbook Pro Retina freezes and Shuts down randomly

As posted above, my Mid 2012 Macbook Pro Retina shuts down randomly after freezing when I am doing various tasks, usually just looking at instagram or browsing some media. Most recently it happened just attempting to view email. Here is the error code I received:
