IPhone 5C connected to wifi but can't access internet?

Just this morning, I noticed that my phone was able to connect to the wifi, however, upon trying to actually use the internet, I received a message that says "Safari cannot open the page because your iPhone is not connected to the internet."

Same thing happened with my 4G data.

I tried resetting my network setting, and had no luck. I tried turning on and off, still did not work. However, I am still able to call and text despite the lack of internet accessibility.
