How to deauthorize all computers.
I don't have access to any of the computers that my old itunes account was authorized on. How can i deauthorize all if I don't have any of my old ones.

Use the Deauthorize All command documented in this article, or if it isn't an option, the 'contact iTunes Store support' link at the bottom of it.
