Bootcamp ONLY has remove option! Help!

I am trying to install Windows 7 (DVD) on my early 2008 iMac. It's intel based and has all of the requirements for installing windows. The problem I am having is when launching Bootcamp, under "Select Tasks" it only has two options: "Download the latest Windows support software from Apple" and "Remove Windows 7". ?? It does NOT say "install" anywhere. I am very confused as I don't have any windows applications installed. I can't find the answer to my question anywhere. Any and all help will be appreciated! Thank you!!

1. Try Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support and test BCA.

2. Try OS X: What is Safe Boot, Safe Mode? - Apple Support and test BCA.

3. If neither work, can you post the output of the following Terminal commands?

diskutil list

diskutil cs list

sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0

sudo fdisk /dev/disk0

The "sudo" commands will prompt for your password, and it will not be echoed back. You may also see a warning about improper use of "sudo" and potential data loss due to "abuse" of the command.

These two entries tell me that an attempt has been made to install Windows, but was not completed. Please run BCA and click on Remove Windows. It will clean up and restore the Mac to a state, where you can use BCA to start the installation process again from the beginning. Do not modify Bootcamp Info.plist, even if you want to.
