iPad on Recovery mode

Hello everyone!

I am trying to restore my iPad with iTunes (I tried restore choosing an .ipsw file also) but iTunes is giving me always the same error (4013).

- I have searched a lot.

- I have the last version of iTunes.

- I have Mac OS X 10.10 (last version) Yosemite.

- I tested with another original cable.

But no luck so far.

So, when I tried to restore iPad he shows the Apple logo and then he starts to load something but he restarts.

Unfortunately I don't have any Apple Store in Portugal. :/

Best Regards-

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 8.1.3, null
