As a user of FCP7 one of the things I miss most is the ability to view large audio wave forms. In many cases I select in and out points based on the audio wave forms. Please ad this to FCPX since we are being forced to move to FCPX

In FCP7 we are able to view audio waveforms in the viewer, enabling the editor to expand and mark in and outs based on audio.In FCPX you are not able to expand the audio waveform enough to make edit decisions.
YYou can in the timeline to subframe accuracy. You should use feedback. Telling us won't help much. Sorry you have to work with an app you don't want to use.
Well I will have to find out how to send feedback Surprised Apple doesn't pay attention to their own user groups. As a loyal Apple person I will admit I amy have to defect to Adobe or Avid after all these years
