My Apple ID says it's only valid for purchases in the Australian iTunes Store.

Hi, My Apple ID says it's only valid for purchases in the Australian iTunes Store and it keeps switching me to it, then when i try to update my payment method to my new American visa it says this method is not accepted in Australia. I'm no longer living in Australia and located in Saudi. How can i fix this problem. Thank you
