Can I recover a deleted itunes backup??

I restored a backup of a previous phone onto my new iphone 6. But for some reason not all my documents and information was transferred. I noticed a couple of days later. I was gonna try to restore my phone again, but problem though is that I deleted the backup by mistake as I was cleaning up files on my computer. So I also emptied the recycling bin as well. Is there any way I can recover the backup??

YYes, you can restore it from from your backups and/or Time Machine.

DO you have these missing documents synced to iCloud?

You might have older backups in iTunes. Select iTunes Preferences and check under the Devises tab.

I had the documents saved on iCloud, but I think they were deleted since my phone already backed up to iCloud without having the documents on the phone. I also checked to see if I had older backups and it was gone too.
