New channel not showing up
the new nbc sports live channel is not showing up on my ATV. How long does it take for Apple to push out the new channels?

Where are you located? Is firmware up to date? Have you tried a reboot?

USA. Tried all of the above. Usually when I reboot the channels show up.
Maybe it just hasn't been pushed out to everyone yet. As this is a user forum we can't give any timeframe I'm afraid, but it will show on the main screen when it's available.
This was just announced today so I'd be surprised to see it so quickly. They mention in their press release that it is just in time for the 2nd round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs and the Kentucky Derby, so I'd suspect some time later this week...
I'm the same issue on both my 2nd and 3rd generation Apple TVs. What's interesting is that some users are seeing the channel, but others are not. Maybe they roll new channels out regionally or incrementally. But this is the first time I've not received a new Apple TV channel upon announcement. Even the press release from NBC Sports mentions that it should be available now.
it showed up this morning on my ATV but then disappeared. So I'm not sure what's going on now.
