how can i downgrade from 8.1.3 to 8.1.2?

I recently downloaded the newest ios. IoS 8.1.3 and unfortunately I do not like it😟. I was wondering if anyone knew how to downgrade back to ios 8.1.2 it'd be very helpful. I do not want to jailbreak my phone or wipe any memory I just wish to downgrade back to the recent ios. it'd be very helpful if anyone can fully explain how to do this. I do not need extra emojis. thank you. hope you can help!🙂
