Two options or workarounds that I can think of, neither of which may be very desirable.

1. Download and install the Microsoft Office for Mac Preview. This is a beta product and is not yet ready for general release. It is expected that it will be completed and released as Microsoft Office for Mac 2016 sometime this summer. The Preview version is free until after the general release. You can install it and also have Microsoft Office 2011 on your Mac at the same time. I have used it and while it is quite functional there are still a number of rough spots. I'm not sure if or how well pivot tables are working at this point. More information and download at http://products.office.com/en-US/mac/mac-preview

2. Install the Windows version of Microsoft Office 2013 on your Mac. Doing that would require that you use Bootcamp https://www.apple.com/support/bootcamp/ or Parallels http://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/ or something similar and then buy and install Windows before installing the Windows version of Office.
