Why there is no iCloud Drive option in my iCloud Page?
My IOS version is 8.3. When I open Settings>iCloud, I understand that there must be a "iCloud Drive" option but I can't see that. Why?

I have the same issue. Is your Photos uploading to the cloud and syncing with your other devices? Photos is not working for me on my iPhone 5s (even though it is working on all of my other devices) and I am wondering whether the issue with Photos is related to the issue with iCloud Drive.
