how can I share an app with my husband without having to put my cc on file. When I purchase something from iTunes I have a iTunes gift card, I don't want to put my info out there. I have one app that he would like to have but not sure how to go about this. Have been reading about Family Share but that requires my CC.

He needs to buy his own copy. You can't share apps. You can't buy an app without a credit card.
you can purchase an app with an iTunes Card that is what I have and that is what I always use.
Sync the app to his iPhone from whatever computer it is on.
How do you pay for that?
they do have family sharing now where you are able to share up to 6 members of your family and this app has been paid for by me

iTunes Family Sharing requires a credit card at the time of setup. If you don't want to do that, you are not eligible for Family Sharing.
