SOS There is a widespread of iphones calling each other by themsleves, PLEASE READ URGENT!!

I live in San Diego, point loma, and me and my friends Iphones are calling each other by themselves, and their iphones are calling people in their contacts by themselves, etc. EXAMPLE: I recieved a call from my friend at 9:13 pacific time, and when I answered it was silent, same thing happend to him with my number. every 5 minutes I get another call. What is this? some sort of hack? any info is needed. If this has happend to you please tell me and what region. This is happening only on iphones with different carriers. PLEASE HELP ANYTHING IS NEEDED
