My photo library takes up 3.2GB!

I Wanted to download Hearthstone on my iPhone but my photo library takes up too much space and its for nothing! I have deleted EVERY single photo and video including the ones in the Recently Deleted but when I went to see my usage it shows 3.2GB! What is happening! Please Help:( 😕
