Battery drain solution

Yesterday I had severe battery drain but after a little digging I have found the solution. One of the apps I have installed (Runtastic Pro) was using all the battery. There is no problem with the phone or the watch and it's a simple fix. look under usage on the phone and it will tell you which app is using all the juice and disable it.

I have now monitored this for 2 days and my Phone and watch now behave normally. Today i am hoping i will get a second day of use out of both.
