Mainstage pauses every 5 minutes

Hi All

I have a very strange problem with newest version of MainStage. While playing it seems that it pauses for a second almost exactly every 5 mins, whether that be a slight glitch in playing or a slight glitch and spinning ball when changing patches etc - just a really annoying pause for a split second.

This is happening on both my MBP and on my studio iMac so either I have the same bit of software doing its thing on both machines or its a very strange coincidence. I have tried having the activity monitor open while playing but I don't see anything suddenly leaping to the top of the list so I am a bit stuck.

Can anyone think of something that might be hogging the limelight every five minutes?
