I cannot download any applications?

A couple weeks ago i purchased an application credit. Pirate kings if you must know.

My mum got charged for the application but itunes keeps saying that i have a payment due.

I have tried everything! itunes, icloud settings but nothing is working? It will not let me select none or download an application till i pay it but i checked and it did get charged for it? Help?
