how to change icloud email name for Apple ID

ICloud recognizes me by Apple ID but somehow the username@icloud.com associated with my Apple ID uses mywifename@icloud.com, not mine, as I would like to show. I cannot have my own iCloud email name. Both my wife and I do not use iCloud drive as many times we mixed calendars and contacts with different foreign language characters (as we have different nationalities) and it is a very cumbersome issue to fix. I would like assistance how to get my own email at iCloud.
