Recently i have bought Ipad mini through online. I am not able to connect it to my laptop with windows 7 os, itunes is not not recognising the device. Please anybody help me in fixing this problem. Thanks in advance.

Hi You tried to set up over your WiFi without using your PC If iPad is locked to Another Unknown Appleid you need to get your money back . Cheers Brian
Tried everything given the above shared link, still not able to start the service called "Apple mobile device support" services. With this not able to install iTunes 12 . What else I should do. Should I go for reinstallation of my windows OS...?
