Upgrading iCloud storage doesn't work

Hi,

I tried several times to upgrade my iCloud storage capacity by following all necessary steps. When I enter my password and validate I get a blank page....?? Therefore, I have to force quit "system preferences".

Then I entered a wrong password and the system correctly informed me about it. I'm stuck and a bit tired of spending so much time on this 😟.

Please help!
