Flex Pitch: sometimes spots disappear

I love Flex Pitch. Great quality, editing, flexibility. Even better than melodyne seeing that you don'r have to transfer the track. The only issue I encounter is that sometimes it can happen that some little regions, especially after numerous cuts and editing, don't show the spots in order to edit the notes. Does anyone know why this happens and a possible workaround?
