Tap the "now playing" screen. You'll see two icons, tap these to change the respective settings:
Repeat options:
Shuffle options:
Tap the Repeat icon until it shows white (no repeat) and the Shuffle icon so that its blue. The "Repeat current song" overrides any Shuffle setting.
