iCloud Storage Error Message

I keep getting an iCloud error message that says:

The documents stored in the top level of your iCloud Drive folder take up 29 GB. To free up storage, open iCloud Drive in Finder and delete documents. 0 KB of 5 GB available. Other Documents=29 GB. Backups=0 KB. Buy More Storage.”

The problem is that I cannot find the “top level of my iCloud Drive folder”. And, I am paying $3.99 per month for 200 GB of storage on my iCloud Drive and am currently using only 68 GB of that 200 GB.

How do I get rid of the above underlined error message telling me to buy more storage and how do I access the “top level of my iCloud Drive folder”?

OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
