hi, i have a recent problem with my iphone5s.

hi,

i got a bitter experience with my iphone5s now a days. phone's earphone out gone badly, that if i press volume up button, full volume will come and stereo balance was not working, left side having high volume with distortions and right side low. what should i do?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.2

I assume this is the earphone issue. Try to use other earphones in order to check it.

hi,

i checked with earpod and sennheiser earphone for iphone. same thing happened.

Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
Press and hold on the Home button
Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
