iphone 4s stuck in recovery mode

I was trying to install IOS 8.3 AND My Iphone 4s 16 g froze up with a indication to connect to iTunes. I tunes tells me that my phone is stuck in recovery mode and if I restore it I will lose all my data.

iPhone 4S, iOS 8.2, I was trying to install IOS 8.3
